What we take care of

Three areas of work that overlap in practice. Most clients begin with one and find that the others follow naturally.

01

Home Stewardship

We come to know your home the way you do — which door sticks in August, which valve was replaced last winter, which vendor you actually trust. Regular visits, seasonal preparation, light home tasks, and a careful eye for the problem that has not become one yet.

  • Scheduled interior and exterior property checks
  • Seasonal opening, closing, and weather preparation
  • Light home-related tasks and follow-through
  • Coordination of trusted local vendors
  • Early identification of developing issues
  • A reliable local point of contact, always
02

Project Management

A renovation, a roof, a new terrace — someone has to be there when the crew arrives and know whether the work is right. We hold the schedule, meet the trades, monitor progress, and tell you plainly how it is going.

  • Vendor selection, scheduling, and site access
  • On-site presence during key stages of work
  • Progress monitoring and quality review
  • Invoice and scope tracking on your behalf
  • Punch-list follow-through to completion
  • A single point of accountability throughout
03

Family Reporting

For adult children at a distance, or owners between visits, the value is simple: knowing. Written updates, photographs, documented issues, and a familiar voice on the other end of the phone when something needs a decision.

  • Written status reports on an agreed rhythm
  • Photographic documentation of the property
  • Issue records with recommendations
  • Direct line for family members
  • Coordination with anyone else involved in care
  • Discretion in everything shared and recorded

Beyond the list

If it concerns the house, it concerns us.

A delivery that needs receiving. A generator that needs testing before a storm. A contractor who needs letting in at seven. Members do not consult a list of covered tasks — they call, and we take ownership of the issue.

Next step

Let's begin with a conversation.

Every arrangement starts with a private consultation and a walk of the property. No obligation, no pressure — simply an honest conversation about what your home needs.
